Being a good teammate means looking out for your team and having their back. That’s why CDC Injury Center’s new HEADS UP fact sheet for athletes aim to:
Help young athletes know what to do if they think they or a teammate has a concussion;
Teach young athletes how to spot concussion symptoms among themselves or a teammate; and
Encourage young athletes to report a concussion and support their teammates in doing the same.
